As far as processing power is concerned, the HTC One S comes out on top with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor which provides outstanding levels of performance to a wide range of the phone's functions, including both hardware and software. The Samsung Galaxy S2 falls slightly short with a 1.2 GHz dual-core chip. Unless you are a technology enthusiast and are well versed in such features, you are unlikely to notice the difference, as the processor on the Galaxy S2 is still very powerful.
Later this year, Samsung will be releasing the Galaxy S3, which will give HTC's flagship, the One X a real run for its money.
