How to Install Flash Player on My Motorola Droid with Froyo

 Motorola's Droid series began getting the update for Froyo in the second half of 2010. Beginning with Froyo (Android 2.2), Motorola Droid users can download and use Adobe's Flash Player on their phone. Once you have downloaded and installed the Flash Player, you can opt to view Flash on website on the mobile browser. The player is available free in the Android Market.

Touch the Android Market icon to open the market application. You can download free and paid applications from the Android Market for your Droid phone.

Press the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner to open a search field. You can search for applications by name or type.

Type "Adobe Flash Player" in the search bar and touch the magnifying glass on the right to begin the search. The first application in the search results will be the Adobe Flash Player. It should read "Flash Player" with "Adobe Systems" just below.

Press on the Flash Player application and tap on "Install" at the top to begin downloading and installing Adobe Flash Player. The application will install automatically after downloading.
Tap to check the box beside "Allow Automatic Updating" to automatically download and install any new updates to the Flash Player.
You can also download Adobe Air and Adobe Reader free from the Android Market.
