Caller tunes, which are more commonly called ringback tones, are pieces of music that play whenever someone calls your Verizon BlackBerry, in place of the standard ringing sound. Unlike ringtones, ringback tones are controlled through the Verizon media store webpage. The media store website will display all your current ringback tone settings and allow your to quickly change your ringback tones.

Visit the Verizon Media Store at mediastore.verizonwireless.com.

Click the "Manage" button at the top of the page and choose "My Ringback Tones."

Enter your phone number and password for your Verizon account. If you forgot your password, just click the "I forgot" button, enter your mobile number, and Verizon will text you a temporary password. Click "Sign In" to sign in to your account.

Select "Contacts" or "Time of Day" at the top of the menu on the right side of the screen, depending on what ringback tone you want to change. Locate the ringback tone that you want to remove on the right side of the screen.

Select your desired ringback tone from the list of all your purchased tones on the left side of the window. Hold the mouse button down and drag the image of the tone over to the right side of the screen. Release the mouse button when you are over the image of the ringback tone you want to replace. Your changes are saved automatically.
